Rich Butwinick, Founder, Aperture

Rich Butwinick is a pioneer in shopper marketing and omni-commerce. He founded and led the shopper marketing agency MarketingLab for over 20 years. The client roster included Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Western Union, Delta Faucets, Phillips Distilling, and Georgia Pacific.
Rich has applied his knowledge and application of shopper behavioral science to create SellCheck. SellCheck allows brands to pre-test their shopper communication before it goes to market. SellCheck has proven to help increase conversion rates by 10 – 30% without needing more advertising. Over 1,600 brands have used SellCheck across 76 countries.
He is also recognized as a Distinguished Faculty Member of the Path to Purchase Institute, where he shares his expertise and contributes to advancing shopper/commerce marketing. He regularly shares insights and best practices at industry events such as Path to Purchase Institute conferences, POPAI UK, Quirks, and more.

Andrew Scott, Founder, Aperture

Andrew Scott brings over 30 years of strategic hands-on commercial experience in omni-channel Category, Consumer, Customer & Shopper marketing. Having worked in some of the most iconic blue-chip organizations in the world, including The Coca-Cola Company, Diageo, Shell, and Mondelez International, he has had the privilege of partnering with many of the brightest minds on the planet.
This wealth of experience has given Andrew a unique and practical perspective on what truly drives sustainable and profitable growth. His expertise is uncovering the problem to solve by connecting the dots and understanding the trade-offs and tension points. A passion for CRM digital marketing and e-commerce, coupled with a deep understanding of the evolving consumer and shopper mindset, he is able to leverage future forward thinking from shaping high-level JBP & JE strategies to executing innovative retail marketing strategies at ground level.
He consistently demonstrates an exceptional ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, always with an eye on long-term growth and impact.
